3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one ssbe77 Account. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account is a material breach of these Terms. ssbe77 will close duplicate Accounts and may forfeit any associated Balance.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. ssbe77 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ssbe77 Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You must notify ssbe77 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
3.4 Account Verification. ssbe77 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time. Verification documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your ssbe77 Account at any time by contacting the ssbe77 support team via live chat. Any real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ssbe77 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by ssbe77 within the timeframes published on the ssbe77 Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers. ssbe77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. ssbe77 does not accept deposits from third parties. If ssbe77 determines that a deposit was made using funds belonging to a third party, ssbe77 may reverse the deposit and suspend the Account pending investigation.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the ssbe77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). ssbe77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
5.1 ssbe77 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated clearly on each promotion page. ssbe77 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them if wagering requirements are not met.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. ssbe77 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where ssbe77 reasonably suspects that a player is abusing the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method designed to exploit promotions.
5.4 Promotion Changes. ssbe77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to your Account at the time of the change.
6.1 Each Game available on the ssbe77 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the Game interface. In the event of any conflict between Game-specific rules and these Terms, the Game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that Game.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ssbe77 Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ssbe77 content without prior written consent.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ssbe77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the ssbe77 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities.
10.2 ssbe77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ssbe77 Account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ssbe77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 ssbe77 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the ssbe77 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
